Maru was very professional and went over and above what I would have thought a real estate agent would do. I was out of the area for weeks at a time and Maru came to my house every week to make sure everything was ok. She even stopped by to help me get the pool ready for pictures and kept me in the loop at every stage. When I was getting discouraged, she was very encouraging and tried different marketing ideas to get my house noticed by people in the market for a house in my area (outside of town). Maru got very reasonable quotes for repairs that needed to be made, some were over $10K less than quotes I obtained for comparison. I would recommend her as a highly-qualified real estate agent!
